After Hours and Weekend Care
Hudson Headwaters providers are available by phone after hours, ensuring 24/7 access to care for patients. Please call our office to reach an on-call provider.
Hudson Headwaters offers prompt medical care, given without an appointment, for health concerns that arise suddenly but are not life-threatening. Two of our facilities, the Health Center on Broad Street in Glens Falls and the Warrensburg Health Center, have urgent care providers and exam rooms available seven days a week with evening hours. X-ray services are available on-site at these facilities.

Glens Falls Family Health has an experienced team of pediatric, adult and family medicine practitioners who provide comprehensive primary care to people of all ages. Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility features on-site laboratory services operated by Glens Falls Hospital, making it easier than ever to get the testing you need. Hudson Headwaters patients also have access to various specialty and ancillary services. Glens Falls Family Health is located adjacent to PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) at Hudson Headwaters, which is coming in 2024.
