Hudson Headwaters offers nutrition services with Registered Dietitians and Certified Diabetes Educators that are available to primary care patients at all health center locations, either in person or virtually.

We also offer classes throughout the year with a range of topics that would benefit children, adolescents, pregnant women and adults who may be interested in improving their nutrition. Ask your primary care provider for more information and a referral to our team.

Kitchen Rx: Cooking for Better Health

Join us at the Stewart’s Shops/Dake Family Teaching Kitchen at Salem Family Health for drop-in hours, spotlight sessions and nutrition education classes. The program series was made possible by the Mary McClellan Foundation.

Free and open to all patients and community members. Space is limited and registration is required for the spotlight sessions and nutrition education classes.
