Community Sponsorships
Hudson Headwaters supports community events and programs that directly align with its mission to provide accessible and high-quality health care for everyone in the communities we serve.
Criteria for Sponsorships
- Applicant must be a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
- The sponsorship request should ultimately benefit health and/or address health disparities.
- Priority is given to events and programs that serve populations within Hudson Headwaters’ service region or organizations that partner with Hudson Headwaters to guide positive outcomes in our communities.
- Requests for community sponsorships must be event/program-specific and not for general operations.
- Sponsorships typically range from $250 to $2,500. First-time sponsorships are usually less than $1,000.
- One sponsorship application is accepted per organization each calendar year.
- We do not fund individual scholarships, sports teams or political organizations.

Please complete the online form below to submit a request. Please note that limited funds are available, and application submission does not guarantee funding. Hudson Headwaters will respond to applicants within 30 days of submission.
