Family Health at Lake Placid

Hudson Headwaters expanded access to primary care in the Tri-Lakes Region with the opening of Family Health at Lake Placid. The health center includes five exam rooms and is located within Adirondack Health’s facility. Family Health at Lake Placid focuses on comprehensive advanced primary care services such as family medicine, care management, family planning, preventive women’s health services and integrated behavioral health. Same-day access is available for established Hudson Headwaters patients. New patients welcome!
