Hudson Headwaters offers mental health counseling, medication assessment and medication prescribing for our primary care adult and pediatric patients; efforts are made for mental health care to be targeted and brief.
Behavioral health services at Hudson Headwaters are provided in concert with primary care and are available solely to our primary care patients. Engagement in primary care, and a referral from your Hudson Headwaters primary care provider, are required. The scope of the mental health services we provide is consistent with our primary care focus; care is provided for mild to moderate mental health concerns.
