We offer a variety of appointment types and scheduling options to make connecting with your health care provider easier than ever.


In-person Appointments

Some appointment types require an in-person visit with your provider to properly address all your health concerns. We have taken extensive measures to welcome you back into our health centers safely.

Telehealth Appointments

You can now receive the same great care from Hudson Headwaters from the comfort of your home, or wherever you are! Our new telehealth services offer current and new patients an easy way to visit with their providers using a personal computer, smartphone or tablet.

We have multiple ways to make an appointment that are fast, easy, convenient, and can now be done on your computer or smartphone. See our options for scheduling an appointment below. Not all scheduling types are available for all appointment types. Please reach out to your health center with any questions on which type of appointment you should make.

Need to be seen today? We offer both in-person sick visits and secure online video appointments for acute illnesses or injuries. If you don’t see the appointment type that you need on the online schedule, call your health center.

Urgent Care

Need care sooner? Hudson Headwaters offers prompt medical care, given without an appointment, for health concerns that arise suddenly but are not life-threatening. Two of our facilities, the Health Center on Broad Street in Glens Falls and the Warrensburg Health Center have urgent care providers and exam rooms available seven days a week with evening hours. Urgent Care is not intended for life-threatening situations. If you have any question as to the severity of an injury or illness, please call 911 immediately.
