Hudson Headwaters Adds To Leadership Team
Hudson Headwaters Health Network has named Dominick Bizzarro as President and Chief Administrative Officer effective August 1st.
The appointment is a continuation of operational restructuring to coincide with previously announced changes in medical leadership. In March, it was announced that Dr. Tucker Slingerland will be named CEO as Dr. John Rugge transitions to his new role as Executive Chairman effective July 1st.
Mr. Bizzarro is currently serving as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Informatics with MVP Health Care. Through the application of data and analytics, he has championed an information-based culture supporting innovation, quality, cost reduction, and enhancement of members’ experience. Beginning his career as a pharmacist, Mr. Bizzarro brings to the network over 35 years of leadership experience spanning business development, innovation initiatives, and data analytic roles related to improving efficiencies and outcomes for patients.

A key initial focus for Mr. Bizzarro will be developing a new population health division which will use data to best direct care management services and track the impact these services have on overall quality and outcomes for the Network.
