Community Sponsorships

Hudson Headwaters supports community events and programs that directly align with its mission to provide accessible and high-quality health care for everyone in the communities we serve.

• Applicant must be a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
• The sponsorship request should ultimately benefit health and/or address health disparities.
• Priority is given to events and programs that serve populations within Hudson Headwaters’ service region, or organizations that partner with Hudson Headwaters to guide positive outcomes in our communities.
• Requests for community sponsorships must be event/program-specific and not for general operations.
• Sponsorships typically range from $250 to $2,500. First-time sponsorships are usually less than $1,000.
• One sponsorship application is accepted per organization each calendar year.
• We do not fund individual scholarships, sports teams or political organizations.
