The Butt Stops Here: Free Smoking Cessation Program
The Butt Stops here is a free seven-week Tobacco Cessation program available to Hudson Headwaters’ patients. Patients meet weekly for an hour in a support-style group setting at the Hudson Headwaters Training Center in the CVS Plaza, Queensbury. Participants are given a Quitter’s workbook to use as a guide for the seven weeks. A carbon monoxide detector is used for each participant at every meeting to allow them to see both the effects of tobacco use and their success when the numbers decline as they decrease their use.
We have two upcoming programs scheduled:
January 17 – February 28 – Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 pm
April 18 – May 30 – Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 pm
