West Mountain Specialty Care

West Mountain Specialty Care offers several specialty services, with many only available to Hudson Headwaters primary care patients. Most of our specialists will need a referral from your primary care provider before you can make an appointment. Podiatry appointments do not require a referral, and you can schedule online or by phone. For all other appointment types, please call the health center.

A Kinney Drugs pharmacy is next to West Mountain Specialty Care for easy prescription pick-up. Primary care services are also available at West Mountain Family Health on the same campus.

After Hours and Weekend Care
