Hudson Headwaters Malone Family Health Now Open
Malone Family Health, a new primary care center operated by Hudson Headwaters Health Network, is now open. The center is located at 24 Fourth Street, on the University of Vermont Health Alice Hyde Medical Center campus. Since December 2023, Hudson Headwaters has operated Family Health at Malone, also on the hospital campus, that this new, expanded facility replaces.

Malone Family Health is a state-of-the-art health center equipped with 16 exam rooms. The center offers family medicine, immunizations and screenings, gynecology, care management, behavioral health, nutritional counseling and diabetes education and more. Providers include Susan Foster, FNP, Alison Guile, M.D. and April Worlock, FNP. The Network is currently recruiting additional providers.

Malone Family Health includes a Hudson Headwaters pharmacy, which is currently pending NYS Board of Pharmacy approval and is anticipated to open in the spring. The Network will share more details about the in-house pharmacy as opening plans are finalized.
Malone Family Health is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. New patients are welcome and most health insurances are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid. Budget plans, sliding fee program and prescription assistance are also available for qualified patients. Online scheduling is available and appointments may be made by phone.
