Welcome Family Physician, Jeremy Di Bari, M.D.
Hudson Headwaters Health Network is proud to announce family physician Jeremy Di Bari, M.D., as the newest member of its medical staff.
Dr. Di Bari graduated from SUNY Geneseo, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. He received his doctorate of medicine degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed his residency program at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY. 
“We are delighted to welcome a talented, high-caliber physician to the team,” said Dr. John Sawyer, chief medical officer at Hudson Headwaters Health Network. “He is a gifted physician and we look forward to him providing care in our communities for years to come.”
Dr. Di Bari first became familiar with Hudson Headwaters in 2009 when he had an opportunity to shadow physicians in the group. “I’ve been looking forward to joining the Hudson Headwaters team since I had the opportunity to shadow physicians here,” said Dr. Di Bari. “I look forward to creating a partnership with patients and working together to help them lead a healthy and productive lifestyle.”
Dr. Di Bari grew up in Clifton Park and frequently vacations in Brant Lake. He is excited to be returning to the area with his wife and their three children.
