Temporary Mask Mandate
Due to the increased prevalence of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses in our community and staff, masks will be required for all staff, patients, and visitors of Hudson Headwaters Health Network facilities beginning Monday, January 15. Masks are available onsite if you do not have one.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we do our best to keep our patients and staff healthy.
