About the Community Resource Directory
An initiative of the John Rugge Center for Community Impact (CCI), the Community Resource Directory is a web-based tool designed to strengthen connections across the region’s social safety net providers and improve access to essential services.
The Directory compiles a frequently-updated list of community-based services across Hudson Headwaters’ 7,900-square-mile service area, including the Adirondack, Glens Falls, Plattsburgh and Malone regions. Listings include organizations and resources for housing assistance, food support, behavioral health services, transportation assistance, senior services, legal aid and more.
How to Access the Directory
The Community Resource Directory is intended for Network care teams and staff members at social service, health care and community-based organizations throughout the region. Individuals may click the link below to request access.
