Ground Breaking in Champlain!

View All Posts

More excitement during National Health Center Week! This morning we celebrated the ground breaking for our newest health center, which is scheduled to open in September 2017. We’re replacing our existing 4,500 square-foot North Country Family Health center with a new 25,916 square-foot facility. The new building will be located a mile or so closer to the Northway on Rte. 11. It will offer more services and help us deliver care to the 17,000 people in the nearby communities who count on us for care. Many thanks to the greater community of Champlain, our supporters, and the dedicated and hard-working North Country Family Health Team, as well as Betty Little, Stewart’s Shops, North Country Chamber of Commerce, Town of Champlain, The University of Vermont Health Network – CVPH and www.gfnational.com
