COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Clinic in Saranac Lake

Adirondack Health will host COVID-19 vaccine clinics for the community on the following Mondays, Jan. 17 and Jan. 31. The clinics will be held in the Annex building next to Adirondack Medical Center from 3 to 6 p.m. Everyone (ages 5 and up) is welcome for vaccination, regardless of health insurance status or county of residence.

First and second doses of the vaccine are available for people ages 5 and up. First and second doses of Pfizer, and Pfizer boosters, will be available. Moderna booster shots will also be available.

Pfizer and Moderna boosters will be available for anyone ages 12 and up. Those receiving the booster should be six months out from their second dose of Moderna vaccine, five months out from the second dose of the Pfizer, or two months out from the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

Third doses, which are recommended for immunosuppressed/compromised 5- to 11-year-olds, will also be available.

Vaccine and booster recipients are encouraged to eat something prior to arrival. Anyone who is not an Adirondack Health employee is asked to bring their health insurance card, if they have one.

Pre-registration is recommended online by clicking here. Walk-ins will also be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, but they will need to register before going into the vaccination area.
