About Susan Foster, FNP
Personal experiences led Susan Foster, FNP to a career in nursing. As a nurse in pediatrics and the Emergency Room, she saw so many families who needed quality health care and preventive care, which led her to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She was drawn to Hudson Headwaters because of how involved the organization is in the communities we serve.
Susan strongly believes in partnership, which includes listening to the patient and their family, deciding on a plan of care together and joining them on the health care journey to improved wellness. She believes everyone deserves a safe place to address their life and health care needs.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys reading, hiking, backpacking, camping, doing yoga, spending time with friends and working with her service dog in training, Sage.
