Rachelle Grad, M.D. Family Medicine Physician

After earning a neuroscience degree and working in a laboratory for a year, Dr. Grad yearned for more. She volunteered for support groups, worked as a pharmacy technician, became a 911 dispatcher and ultimately recognized that becoming a family physician was her passion. She felt humbled, inspired and fulfilled by helping families in their darkest moments and by advocating for others, and realized she would have these experiences again and again while practicing family medicine.

Dr. Grad was drawn to Hudson Headwaters’ mission and was excited about the opportunity to establish meaningful relationships with her patients. Her goal is to continuously improve her knowledge and skills, while offering the best possible care. Her parents advised her to become “a student of life, for life” and to never stop learning and developing as a person.

Outside of work, Dr. Grad enjoys hiking, camping, scuba diving, baking, sewing, traveling, trying different foods and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and dog.
