With Hudson Headwaters’ telehealth services, you can receive the same great care from the comfort of your home. During a telehealth appointment, new and existing patients physically located in New York State can visit with their providers using a personal computer, smartphone or tablet.
Telehealth appointments are available for certain types of health concerns. However, telehealth is not appropriate for every kind of appointment. Please contact your health center with your health-related concerns as you usually would. Staff will provide guidance regarding which appointment types can be scheduled via telehealth and which may require an in-person visit. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Scheduling a virtual visit is easier than ever with our online scheduling system. Click the button below, choose your desired specialty and scroll through the list of providers to find one whose availability matches yours. Then, click “Schedule Now” to make your appointment. You’re not limited to providers at your usual health center—telehealth appointments are open to all patients across our Network.
After your appointment has been scheduled, you’ll receive email and text notifications 24 hours prior to your appointment and again 2 hours prior. These notifications will include a link you can click to connect to the telehealth appointment system, Qure4u. Make sure you have a computer, tablet or smartphone with the camera on before joining the appointment.

Telehealth visits are billed to your insurance, and patients are responsible for the charges incurred (copay, deductible, etc.). Please call your insurance company with questions about your specific insurance plan and coverage to determine if you will incur any out-of-pocket costs for a telehealth visit.
