Delays and Closures 1/17/22
In light of the winter storm and concerns for the safety of our patients and staff, all Hudson Headwaters locations including Urgent Care and the George Purdue Administrative Building will be closed until 1:00 pm on Monday, January 17, 2022.
Schroon Lake Health Center, Tupper Lake Family Health, Mobile Health and Indian Lake Health Center will be closed all day on Monday, January 17, 2022.
Fort Edward-Kingsbury Health Center will open at 1:00 pm and close at 5:00 pm.
