Chester-Horicon Health Center to Close Temporarily
The Chester-Horicon Health Center of Hudson Headwaters Health Network will close temporarily for unforeseen building construction from October 15, 2018 – October 28, 2018 and reopen on October 29, 2018.
Hudson Headwaters will accommodate all the available services and patient appointments at the Warrensburg Health Center, located 11 miles south at 3767 Main Street, Warrensburg NY, 12885.
Patients with appointments scheduled during this period are being contacted and will be seen by their provider at the Warrensburg Health Center.
The flu clinic scheduled at the Chester-Horicon Health Center for October 20 has been canceled. Another flu clinic will be available on Monday, November 12 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Additionally, flu clinics are available at all our health centers, with the schedule located on our website.
Urgent care is available for health concerns that arise suddenly but are not life-threatening at the Warrensburg Health Center and the Health Center on Broad Street in Glens Falls. Both facilities are open seven days a week with evening hours.
