Announcing Vice President of Health Center Performance
Queensbury, N.Y. – April 30, 2018 – Hudson Headwaters Health Network, a nonprofit health system of 17 community health centers in upstate New York is pleased to welcome Nick Rebmann, Pharm.D., as vice president of health center performance.
In this position, Rebmann will oversee patient services and health center operations, collaborating with leaders across the network to establish and meet performance targets at each health center.
“We are thrilled to welcome Nick to the team. To further our vision of pioneering an innovative health system, we must continuously evaluate and improve operations for an optimal patient experience,” said Dominick Bizzarro, president and chief administrative officer.
Rebmann comes to Hudson Headwaters with 15 years of health care management experience, most recently working at Rite Aid where he served as the district manager for pharmacy operations, overseeing 30 sites and 475 associates.
Rebmann graduated from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where he received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Additionally, he will soon complete his MBA in Healthcare Management from Clarkson University.
In this role, Rebmann will spend much of his time traveling from health center to health center, allowing him to experience any barriers in our health care delivery system and strategize ways to improve both the patient and employee experience.
“I am excited to be joining an organization with a long-standing patient-centric reputation. I strongly believe that the success of an organization starts with a supportive and innovative team member experience – how can we make people feel good about their day? A positive employee experience directly translates to satisfied patients,” said Rebmann.
