On Thursday, July 4th all health centers will be closed with the exception of Urgent Care at the Warrensburg Health Center and the Health Center on Broad Street.

Please note: North Country Obstetrics and Gynecology at 90 South Street will be closed for building construction on Friday, July 5. Patients with appointments on Friday, July 5 have been rescheduled at West Mountain Health Services, building 1, at 161 Carey Road in Queensbury.
