RN Lead Nurse
This key nursing position is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager with oversight of the day-to-day nursing activity ensuring that patient flow is maintained, nursing resources are being appropriately utilized, and that high quality nursing care is being provided. Develops nursing staff as needs are identified. They will provide age-appropriate, population-specific nursing care in a compassionate, caring, culturally and ethnically sensitive manner.
