Saranac Lake Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic 11/20
Hudson Headwaters Mobile Health Center will be at Petrova Elementary School (141 Petrova Ave, Saranac Lake, NY) providing 1st and 2nd dose COVID-19 vaccines for 5-18 year olds.
1st Dose: Saturday, November 20, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
2nd Dose: Saturday, December 11, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Tips for Parents:
- Please bring your insurance card
- Please have your child wear a short sleeved shirt as a base layer
- Please have your child eat before arrival
- Children will be screened for current symptoms of COVID-19; if they have any, you will have to reschedule
- Your child will receive the Pfizer vaccine
