Your health and safety are our highest priorities. Our region is experiencing a record-high number of new COVID-19 cases, resulting in increased demand at our health centers. To ensure the best quality care and access, we are making some temporary changes.
We may be rescheduling routine Annual Wellness Visits and Annual Physicals to accommodate the increased demand for sick and acute care visits. Your health center team will reach out to you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. In addition, online appointment scheduling from our website and patient portal is temporarily disabled.

Vaccinations, testing and masks remain some of the best tools we have to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. We highly recommend that you get vaccinated and boosted, as well as get tested as needed. There are more options than ever to access COVID-19 resources in our region. Below are our recommendations for where and when to access what services.
NY STATE MASS VACCINATION AND TESTING SITES IN QUEENSBURY
If you are asymptomatic (not showing any signs of COVID-19) and want testing, or if you need a vaccination or booster, we encourage you to visit the newly reopened NY State mass vaccination and testing site at the Aviation Mall in Queensbury. Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order four free at-home COVID-19 tests. The tests are completely free. Orders will usually ship in 7-12 days. If you have a positive at-home test, please follow these directions and contact your county health department. Many county health departments now have online portals to report positive at-home test results. Visit their website for more information. If you do not have any symptoms or you have only minor symptoms such as stuffy nose or mild sore throat, please monitor your condition at home; you may not need to be seen by a provider. If you have any questions or concerns about your symptoms, please reach out to your provider. You do not need an alternative test to verify a positive result unless your employer requires it.
If you are symptomatic (showing symptoms of COVID-19), please schedule testing at a Hudson Headwaters primary care office or visit an urgent care location. Testing will include a visit and evaluation by a provider.
