In anticipation of the upcoming snowstorm, there will be no early morning lab (blood draw) or imaging hours on Tuesday, February 16. All lab and imaging services will begin when each health center opens. We will post any adjustments to hours of operation as they occur. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to inclement weather the following health centers will be closing early today, February 2, 2021: Plattsburgh Family Health and Champlain Family Health will be closing at 4:00 p.m. Ticonderoga Health Center and Moriah Health Center will be closing at 5:00 p.m.
