Charles R. Wood Foundation Announces $1 Million Grant to Launch Hudson Headwaters’ Mobile Health Program

Clinical Leadership Changes
QUEENSBURY, NY (November 18, 2019) – Hudson Headwaters Health Network announces changes to its clinical management team. Dr. John Sawyer, who has served as chief medical officer at Hudson Headwaters for over 17 years, will transition the responsibilities of the position to Dr. William Borgos by the spring of 2020. Changes in Phlebotomy (Blood Draw) Services
Please note, effective November 18, 2019, phlebotomy (blood draw) services will no longer be available at West Mountain Health Services, Building 1. Blood draw services are available at our facility next door, West Mountain Health Services, Building 2, located at 161 Carey Road, Queensbury. Blood draw services are available Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 2:30pm.
