Ticonderoga Health Center

Valid NYS RN license required.

Two-Five years of clinical experience preferred.

Candidate must possess good organizational and written skills as well as handle multiple priorities.

Must be able to communicate effectively on the phone, in person and with a variety of people.

To respond to patient telephone calls and inquiries utilizing the nursing process

and organizationally approved guidelines.

Utilize critical thinking and decision making in uncertain conditions.

Provides patient with clear instructions as to correct course of action.

Provides follow-up on all phone call messages.

Add patients to schedule when symptoms suggest office visit.

Responds to patients request for test results, refill medications.

Helps in other aspects of patient care including immunizations and collecting specimens.

Full time, Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
