The Hudson Headwaters Health Foundation, Inc. was created to further the mission of Hudson Headwaters Health Network: "To provide the best health care, and access to that care, for everyone in our communities."
You donation is a commitment to help Hudson Headwaters provide health care to everyone in the communities we serve, regardless of ability to pay. Each year, more than 60,000 people use Hudson Headwaters health centers for primary and urgent care. Our health centers cover an area twice the size of Rhode Island.
Hudson Headwaters services receive a tremendous boost from the personal contributions made by our generous donors. In recent years, community fund drives have helped renovate the health center in North Creek and to develop a new facility to serve the Chester-Horicon area. Planning is now underway for the Network to switch to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Indeed, we are always looking for ways to improve our health care services and facilities. Which is where you come in.
